Applebee's Grill + Bar

Good clean restaurant with very friendly staff. Bathroom was clean and the baby changer had paper protectors. Food was less than stellar. The kids hamburger was tiny. The patty was barely bigger than my thumb print. I didn't care for my food but my husband enjoyed his.

My wife and I recently tried their "2 for $20" luncheon special. The food was very good. But the service was the worst I have ever experienced in such a setting. Despite only about 15 patrons at tables--and numerous Applebee's workers--we were essentially forgotten & ignored after ordering. Audrey was our server this evening, and she was exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful during our visit. The food was what you'd expect from Applebee's; not amazing, but not terrible either. The alcohol in one of their new drinks was fairly strong, and I was feeling tipsy after one beverage. It was still particularly tasty, despite the amount of alcohol in it.
