“I’ve only been to this restaurant twice for dinner, but both times I’ve had a very good experience. The restaurant is kept clean, the staff are friendly and the food is very fresh but not too expensive. A medium sized bowl comes with three servings of protein for $17.50. Also they have an udon and rice ball combination for $12.95.
I like the regular salad bowl with tuna and minced lobster, original poki sauce, spicy mayo sauce, and several greens like onions, edamame, cilantro, avocado, seaweed salad, cucumber, etc and topped with some crunchy garlic. Delicious!“

Oh and since you got rid of your yummy fountain and now just have standard Pepsi $2+ is a little much for a little cup of a Pepsi product .... I miss the old options that were worth the money �“

“Yummy poke at The Poke Co. in Mira Mesa! I enjoyed the medium poke bowl with salmon, spicy tuna, and scallops. Lots of good toppings and sauces. Friendly staff and quick service. There are indoor seats as well as a lot of outdoor in the food court. Recommend!“

“An excellent place for a first date. It’s quiet enough to talk, yet not so quiet that it feels awkward. The lighting is soft and romantic, and the drink selection is fantastic — especially if you’re into wines or classy cocktails. I appreciated the attention to detail: the garnishes were fresh, glassware elegant, and even the water was served with a cucumber slice. That’s how you know they care about presentation. We stayed for almost three hours, just talking and sipping. Will definitely come back.“

“Ohhhh.... I just had such a delicious shrimp po-boy sandwich at Fish District in Solana Beach!! And I'm a hard critic of po-boys being Cajun from Louisiana!! Plus their warm bread pudding was soooo yummy!! I'll be back!“

1. They have more than 10 options of proteins and you can choose how many scoops you want. My favorite one is tuna.
2. They have 7 different sauces. I chose Fire Loki and it was on point.
3. They mix the protein with the sauce at the moment they are making the poke.
4. They have 17 toppings. I had all of them in my poke!
5. The food is really fresh.
6. And the guy was really patient with us considering I’m a very indecisive girl…
