Red Dragon is a Chinese restaurant inside H Mart. The chef is nice, and the handmade noodles really set this place apart. The jajangmyeon and jjamppong are excellent, and dishes like tangsuyuk are just as good. The Black noodles are so good, and there is a vegetarian version. The jajangmeon was really tasty, and set #2 came with spicy shrimp that was also tasty, but a bit chewy. The sauce was amazing, similar to sweet and sour but with an extra kick. The jjampbong noodles were phenomenal, incredibly chewy and springy, just like old-fashioned hand-pulled noodles. The handmade noodles are incredibly delicious and have a wonderfully chewy texture. The food portion is pretty large for the price and can be split between two people. Food takes at least 15 minutes since it is cooked fresh to order. The taste is pretty authentic to how jjm should taste: greasy, saucy, and chewy. The service is friendly and welcoming. For fast casual, it gets a thumbs up. It is worth visiting again, and ordering 2-3 plates to share with a family is recommended.

The chef is so nice. The other places were ok. I ended up going with him because of his earnestness. The Black noodles are so good! Must try if you're at H Mart. I got the vegetarian version for my vegan eating self.

For fast casual, I would have to give them a thumbs up. Jajangmeon was really tasty and love how the food was packed to go. I ordered set #2 which also came with spicy shrimp which was also tasty, but a bit chewy. Might have been due to the drive home so can’t knock it down too much until I try it again freshly made.
