I've passed by here so many times and thought the vibe inside looked cool. Finally ate here recently, but was pretty disappointed. The service was good, but food was just okay. The huevos rancheros was super watery, like the whole plate was covered in watery salsa with a single soggy tortilla in the middle. My friend treated me to this breakfast cafe at city of Diamond Bar. S&J Gran cafe is located right next to PARIS BAGUETTE in the same plaza. The decor is clean, modern, and with vibe of minimalist American breakfast and diner. Bleacher seating is comfortable. It's a little busy for Monday morning, but service is quick and friendly with just 2 servers. I have one black coffee with half and half. Coffee is strong and not sour.
