“I had the New Yorker Hot sandwich on sourdough while I was there. It came with a pickle spear and peppercinni, and they had the perfect freshness, crunch, and sour to accompany the savory sandwich. The New Yorker is a simple sandwich, and honestly, a good sandwich doesn't need the most exotic ingredients anyway. Sure, I could have made a sandwich at home, but did I? No. Also, I don't have the patience to do anything more than slap some cold cuts and mayo on cold bread. “It was a pleasure being assisted by JERRY he’s always on point. I’d rather go to this place than any other. He always greets u upon arrival. He’s quick, pleasant, smiles, has small conversation while preparing your food. He’s very friendly and a hard worker. Sadly the workers have to deal with running out of supplies. Not good for large groups, but if you have a work meeting you want to get food for, imagine that what they prepare would be enjoyed. Staff was fine. Parking, counter, seating and entrance accessible, plenty of parking, not hard to get to or leave.“

She was so kind and attentive not to mention very personable, as we had a great conversation. She was also very helpful because she was very knowledgeable about the different options. All of the subways in Irvine and OC in general are a joke because a lot of them have terrible customer service but Diana was the first good Subway employee in a while. “I used to drive to DTLA for my pinatas. Not anymore, I met Maurilia and when she did our first piñata for our babys 1st Ducky theme birthday I fell in love. She has an amazing hand in detailing the piñatas and has earned a loyal customer. I recently asked if she could custom make a dinosaur piñata that I liked on Etsy, she did such an amazing job it looked just like the picture. “The owner was a very nice and friendly gentleman. Not sure who the young lady was behind making sandwiches but there was awkward silence before he came out from the back to greet me. My humble recommendation is it would improve the experience to train all staff to speak to all customers that walk inside the store. “I went today and had a #7 which is a Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan. I had it Mike’s Way with the “juice” which makes it delicious. I added mayo and cpr which is cherry pepper relish. It gives it a little kick and makes it tastes even better. This was the time I tried the relish and I love it. I received great service and the location was clean and pleasant. “I joined the club a few years ago. I've enjoyed the good deals every week. I was given a free choose two for a holiday deal. Excellent idea. They need to get one closer to Riverside, CA. The store is large and has plenty of room. Parking can be challenging.“

“Does Jersey Mike’s offers great sandwiches prices are a little extreme even with all the inflation. I feel like Jersey Mike’s put tariffs on all their subways. A giant is $20 now crazy crazy crazy if it wasn’t for the prices, I’d come more often, but I probably only come here like twice a year. The parking is very limited. City Of Industry is always jampacked with traffic. Colima Boulevard is terrible. It’s in a very hidden spot even then they’re still very busy on the weekends.“

They have 2 super friendly Hispanic ladies & a younger one (fairly new), me being a regular there I can tell you this place has changed for better. I highly recommend this location.
