“The Punjabi Dhaba in Dixon is delightful for its lack of pretense and good food. It is located at a freeway exit and the entrance to the restaurant is quite dangerous at night. Regardless, it is nice to find good north Indian food in the Sacramento area which has surfeit of bad Indian restaurants. The restaurant is convenient for truckers and hence is called a Dhaba. We ordered Chole, sag paneer, chicken biryani and mango lassi. All the dishes were tasty and not too spicy. It was the best Punjabi food we had eaten in some time. It was also a good value. The restaurant was fairly empty when we went there on a weekday evening and the surroundings were simple, but quite serviceable. A very nice dinner experience.“

“We went this evening to be so disappointed. Normally order Fish n Chips unfortunately they changed their brand and most of all Quality. If I wanted a Gortons Fish Fillet with minced fish meat then I would of bought a box from super Market and served those with Oreidas fries at home. Usually they serve nice pieces of Cod. Always in the past been Good. Tonight's Quality and Quantity was lack there of. $18.50 for 1 Piece of minced Fish and my husband had literally 16 bits and pieces of French fry on his plate. He was still hungry when we left. According to waitress there have been several complaints so I'm glad we aren't only customers to complain. Waitress took our Dinner off Bill we paid for our beverages and tipped her nicely because it's not her fault. Word to the Owner: In this economy when people want to dine out and come to spend their hard earned money on a nice meal Don't Cut Corners on your Quality of Food. Otherwise you will find customers will make other dining choices and boycott your business and eventually your business will suffer. We won't be back anytime soon. We DON'T recommend the Fish n Chips“

The rolls were huge, I’ve never seen anything like it.
I was amazed by the generous portions, surprised again by the rich flavors, and truly impressed by the kind and attentive service.
There was so much food that I ended up taking the leftovers home and they easily covered dinner, too.
I just have to say, this place is the best! Highly recommend!“

“My family & I have been impatiently waiting for this place to open back up. I was beginning to worry that maybe they never would. I called the old # today by chance & much to our surprise, someone actually answered! Needless to say I placed an order immediately. My Husband quickly handed his freshly prepared (from frozen) pizza off to the kids & ran out the door. ?♂️???“

“HK Garden has the best hot and sour soup, egg foo young, and potstickers in Dixon. I like their combo plates(specifically the general chicken) and their foil wrapper chicken, the food is always piping hot, fresh, and ready in less than 20 minutes. Much better quality ingredients and flavor profile than going to the chain restaurant down the road.“

“I've ordered food from here probably a dozen times; never eaten in but always to-go so I can't comment on the service.That said, the food is the best Chinese food I've ever had. The food is always ready when they say it will be. I'll keep going back.“

“This restaurant is a hidden JEM. The flavor is spot on Authentic Indian Cuisine that your sure to love. They have a full bar and lots of seating available. Coming in I missed the buffet by 30mins but it didnt matter because there dish servings are large portions. I am so stuff i couldn't stop myself from wanting more the flavor was soooo good just kept me eatting. Highly recommend this place dont let the outside turn you away walk in and be surprise. They also have excellent service oh have to mention even the water taste great. Love this place high recommend it!!“

“Typical Little Cesar's pizza but the staff was friendly, pizza was accurate, and made in a timely manner. Pizza maybe be cheaper than other but it taste good, but if you want extras they are not shy about charging you, so so a cheap pizza can become expensive real quick.“

“SEPTEMBER 11, 2025 .. FRIENDS AND FAMILY CAME AND ENJOYED THIS BEAUTIFUL HIDDEN TREASURE. LOVED THE COOL VIBE,LOTS OF COZY CORNERS TO VISIT. WE BROUGHT OUR OWN FOOD AND VISITED FOR HOURS. GREAT PLACE FOR WEDDING. THEY HAVE LIVE MUSIC STAGES. SWEET DUCKS AND CATS AND SWEET DOG JUST CHILLIN. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS SO POSITIVE AND KIND AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO CREATE A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. ITS LIKE A PARTY IN YOUR BACKYARD WITH THE BEST BEER ON TAP . CHEERS TO FRIENDS FAMILY“
