“We hosted our wedding reception at Heringer's and it was PERFECT. They worked with us so we could have our July wedding in the morning and have brunch. We were in Marjorie's Garden and I got so many compliments on the venue! It was absolutely GORGEOUS! We really didn't have to do much when it came to decor at all. They set up all the tables and chairs too, which was such a blessing.

However, an additional shout out goes to the Heringer crew with a special shout out to Alex and his parents for bringing a metal detector to try and find the groom's ring. Above and beyond!

“Wow it's been 20 yrs. Since my dad passed. We no longer have Luis's which I'm sry I grew up with and loved. So we go for some authentic mexican. We had crispy beef tacos, cheese enchiladas. And 3 enchilads beef. Chicken and cheese. It was just awful. Tortillas were store bought and extra charge, sauce and salsa for chips tasted like out of a jar or can. Beans were good.Waiter was surly felt not one smile beneath that mask.(I saw the black girl's comment) We are white if that helps) Service was fast. Ambiance is great but I was just really cravin some good authentic mexican. We won't be back.left most of our food on the plate. $79.00 for 3 of us.“

“My friends saw some IG promos of this place and we decided to check it out.
Decent location off of Folsom Blvd/65th, tiny parking lot but plenty of street parking.
We dined as, as we often do when grabbing pizza for dinner. We arrived at 6pm and were the only ones there. Don't mind, whole place to ourselves. When we walked in, the two staff members were sitting in the dining area to see us arrive and promptly assisted us with our order. First order was a half chicken tikka and half Italian garlic combo. Second order was half tandoori chicken and also half Italian combo.
While we waited for our food, we checked out the decor and it's a nice spot with lots of seating and 3 large TVS.
Wall of tap beer for you to choose from and I really like the Bollywood movie quotes on the front wall. Saw one of my fav quotes up there too! One of the TVs was playing a movie and the other had on music videos. We heard neither. It was dead silent in there, which was a downer. Was hoping for some lively music.
Food was BUSSIN! The tandoori chicken pizza was a 10/10! Masala ranch is hella good. Chicken tikka, which is normally my fav at other Indian pizza spots was maybe a 6/10. I give the Italian garlic combo a solid 5.
We will definitely be back. But maybe next time we will come later at night. This place had a sign out front that they are open from 10AM - 6AM!! Wild. I can definitely see this place being popular with the late night college crowa.“

The restaurant itself is very nice and the atmosphere is very inviting. The staff and service is top notch. The food was good, fairly limited selection. I had the cheese ravioli with red sauce and a meatball on the side, which was well prepared and good. I think maybe I picked too basic of a dish and wasn't really wowed by it. I'll be back and try the lobster ravioli next time. All the mains include a scoop of serbert ice cream which I will say was the star of the whole show. Cool Sacramento restaurant and I can see why it's stood the test of time.“

“Easily one of the best food offerings Sacramento has to offer! A low key but very popular hole in the wall serving over the counter dim sum and other baked goods. All at great prices.

We ordered the shrimp dumpling, pork dumpling, pork potsticker, shrimp Cheung Fun, baked BBQ pork bun, hot dog bun, pineapple bun, egg tart, red bean sesame ball, crispy shrimp ball, mochi biscuit red bean, and glutinous rice with peanut.

Everything was delicious, but our absolute favorites were the baked BBQ pork bun (which is what they are most known for) and the pineapple bun.

Service was quick, efficient and kind even with a long line. Get there early before items are out, by 10 am on a Sunday when we went they were already out of steamed BBQ pork buns. If you have a long list of items write it down on paper or your phone and simply hand it over at the front of the line. Pay with cash or debit card, no credit card.“

We ordered a 2 liter coke, small pizza, sampler and a antipasto salad . A man answered and as I ordered, took time to explain what was on each item and how the salad was stacked. He gave me the price and said it would be about 40mins. In 30 mins came a knock on the door. All my items and a very large salad. While I forgot to ask, also in the bag was 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 forks, Parmesan cheese, red peppers and napkins. Even a napkin between each plate. What caught my attention right away was that you can order not only a whole pizza but also individual slices. I chose the Chicken Pesto slice. Honestly, I thought one slice wouldn't be enough, but it was so large and filling that it turned out to be a complete meal.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices. For such a generous portion, the cost is very reasonable, especially compared to other places I've been.

The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I placed my order until I received it, they checked in several times to make sure everything was okay and asked if I needed anything else. That level of genuine customer service is hard to find and made me feel very welcome.

I chose Tart Cherry, which was indeed tart and just what I would have every cider taste like. I wish I would have tried a flight, but I did not want to overindulge.
