“By Far the Best Chili's I have gone to. I am the Deliver Guy whose been showing up to all the Chili's restaurants to deliver all your new stools. In the past 2 weeks I have been delivering to many Chili's restaurants in the surrounding areas LA county, OC, IE, and so on.This Chili's team in the city of Downey off Lakewood Blvd are well managed by Melinda. She and her team are extremely kind and humble. They greeted me and treated me with the up most respect and kindness so much that they even offered to help in whatever i might have needed help with and even offered beverage and a meal once i left.I am completely grateful to Melinda and her entire team. You have all done a great job maintaining this location i can see why it gets so packed compared to all the other locations i visited. I will definitely be returning to visit as a costumer here and I would like to encourage other to do so as well. They will treat you right and take care of all your needs. Litterally felt like i was at my family's. God Bless you all and keep up the great work.“

“Had to write this on my lunch break the second after eating cause hot damn this is the best food I've had in Los Angeles in my 30 years of life. I got the Pulled Pork and Brisket plate with a side of loaded mashed potatoes. Let me tell you, when they say loaded, they mean LOADED, I saw bacon bits, herbs, spices, potato peel, and what I can only assume as just love cause holy mother of god they were absolutely amazing. The pulled pork was drenched in a tangy bbq sauce and went perfect on the bread roll. Now for the brisket, I consider myself a snob when it comes to food, and this brisket was not only juicy, tender and absolutely loaded with flavor, it was gigantic and had a perfect smoke ring. Do yourself a favor and eat here, it is seriously some of the best comfort food I've ever experienced, I say experienced because it truly felt like I was reborn again and relearned to taste again after eating all the refried and processed crap most restaurants serve now. 10/10 bees knees, cats pajamas, will probably be eating here frequently. Also the door slides, don't be a fool like me and try to push it open.“

“It is a spacious place, with several tables, clean, with toilets, with plenty of parking.Some staff is not so friendly, they have specials almost all the time and if you sit near the bar they have more specials, they also have a variety of alcoholic drinks, they have beer on tap.The first time we went, they were more pleasant, attentive and even the dishes were a little larger, the second time they were less friendly, the dishes smaller and the service a little slow. So you have to go with patience and without expectations.“

“12/27/23 Just came here for the cookie butter biscoff shake. From Del Taco website:Creamy vanilla shake blended with Biscoff® Cookie Butter and Biscoff® Cookie Crumbles.I've been wanting to try it for weeks! Yep, it's cookie butter flavor alright! I ordered a regular size and got through half of it with no problem. I'm struggling to finish the rest of it. If you love the taste of cookie butter then I recommend this 10/10. I like it but don't think I would get it too often. 8/10.“
