Carpet makes the building stink as you enter the establishment. Was told 1.5 hours for available seating, never got the text alert had to leave
The crew at Chillis in Downey are wonderful, we have been going since they open the location great all the time.
Had to wait aprox 15 mins for a table which is not a problem at all. Food was perfect also the waiter did a good job.

Chili's Grill & Bar offers delicious food and friendly service. The steak was perfect, and the watermelon margaritas were tasty. The staff, especially Jessica, makes everyone feel welcome. Marcus, the bartender, provides good drinks and laughs. The manager was very helpful and friendly, recommending dishes and providing great customer service. The restaurant is a great place to enjoy the 3 for me deal, which offers good value for a satisfying meal. The flavorful dishes and fast service make it a pleasant choice, especially for those looking for a better alternative to fast food. Some dishes, like the baby back ribs and brisket quesadilla, may vary in quality, but overall, the experience is enjoyable.
