“When you read this, please understand I love good food and service, and I am retired after 56 years with KFC, both corporate and 32 years as Director of Operations for a multi store franchisee with locations in 4 states. It was past lunchtime, and I saw the Two Rivers Cafe. Not real busy being middle of the week and some lunch people were leaving. The manager was the person duty and was really on top of things. Very pleasant, and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. Even though he was also cooking, my food was almost instant. Tables were bussed immediately. The manager was a whirling dervish. The sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. That is saying a lot. Bun was fresh, avocado ripe, lettuce and tomato, and onion fresh. The sandwich was so big I ended up asking for a knife and fork. Because of my profession, I notice things like the soda machine being properly adjusted and the excellent fries were cooked in clean oil. Great job and a 5 star stop for me.“
