We ran into this place while strolling on Main Street. It's a bit off the beaten path but we saw a sandwich style board pointing us to the bakery so we made our way across the parking lot. It was a pretty small space they have but people definitely knew about this place, it was busy inside! They've got a wide variety of baked goods, a lot of tropical/Filipino baked goods. Glad I found this place before they close down. June 3rd will be their last day before moving to Maryland. I frequented downtown Pleasanton for 30 years and somehow never knew there was a tiny bakery tucked behind a parking lot. To see that a shop in tiny o' Pleasanton ranked #8 in Top Asian-Owned Bakeries in the US this year? I had to see what's up!TLDR; good food, authentic Filipino pasteries. Saw this place making the top 10 bakeries list, and I knew I had to stop by and try their goodies! They def lived up to my expectations. I'm still dreaming about their ube malasadas as I'm typing this rn. The donut is soft and pillowy, the ube cream filling was to die for!!! I've had ube malasadas from different bakeries and this is the best I've tried in the bayarea. I also enjoyed their Nutella mini croissants with a cup of hot coffee. Prices are fair.
