“We love Fiesta Taco and have been coming here for many years. We stopped by the other night and had an exceptional experience. The woman taking orders was super friendly and took time to explain ingredients in all their salsas in the salsa bar, gave us churros for dessert, offered plates and utensils since we were taking it to go. She was very friendly, generous. We loved our dinner, super burritos with el pastor, chicken, taco plate and churros were perfect. Thank you fiesta taco for making our outing so enjoyable!! We will be back soon!!“

“Best friend hired this taco stand for my birthday and we all loved it. We had about 100+ people with very diverse taste yet all agreed these were top-notch tacos. The banh mi and the pork belly seemed to win the overall crowd but the others were just as delicious. Definitely hiring them again. Thanks for the awesome service as well.“

“We've been regulars at Tacos Papo for a while now, so decided to use them to cater an outdoor birthday party recently. They absolutely knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, Ana was wonderful to work with, figuring out what works best for us. The food was delicious and a total crowd-pleaser, every single guest loved it. They thoughtfully packed and prepared everything, nothing was missing and everything arrived in perfect order. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them for both a casual meal and any special event!“

“This Mexican restaurant is a hidden gem. Their enchilada plate is delicious. Their tacos are flavorful. The burritos huge, are filling and very good. The service is excellent. Portions are generous. The staff always has a warm smile and makes you feel appreciated and welcomed. It's very casual. You can eat there there's plenty of space. A lot of people get their orders to go. I've always got mine to go & we eat it at the bar next door. I love their salsa bar so much. There's different salsa to choose from. Their chips are authentic and fresh. Very crispy. Shrimp is not overcooked but just right. My husband gets the burrito carnitas extra crispy. The nachos are hella good too. Friendly people, good food.“

“Good honest taco truck, great value, huge portions. Takes cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
If you’re an Olympic swimmer who just finished a workout then the super burrito here would be perfect for you. I stopped by after a 40 min bike ride and even the regular burrito had me stuffed.
Only possible downside is you’ll sit at a plastic table in a gravel patch shaded by trees. Or in your car in the parking lot just adjacent. But let’s be honest, that’s EXACTLY the vibe what you want from a taco truck :)“
