“Roselle's food is consistent, fresh, and high quality every time. It's my go-to place in town for dinner. I am vegan and don't drink alcohol, whereas my husband eats nothing but meat; they have plenty of vegan options and bowls with meat add-ons, they have a list of mocktails that are delicious and refreshing, and they are his favorite burger place in town. Every time we've been here has been a positive experience.“

And I never have to wait long; I'm usually in and out in <10 min. And they have a cool selection of canned sodas, such as Squirt Zero or A&W Root Beer Zero, which are really hard to find in stores. They also have many excellent sides to choose from, such as potato salad or lobster mac.
My order: sandwich on wheat roll, turkey, pepper jack cheese, all toppings plus onions, sprouts, and jalapenos (gotta have that kick).“

They can talked about the breweries and what they offer, with an uncanny knowledge of what would work for YOU.Reason two. Pleasant staff that remembers who you are and what you drink/like. We live 60 miles away, and only can drop in six to eight times a year, and the staff is so kind.Atmosphere. This is not a Chico frat bar. It is just a liquor store parking lot, but what food truck has nice atmosphere? None I have ever been to.Great food with reasonable prices.I like everything I have tried, which is most of the menu. My go-to is the chicken wrap. The gyro quesadilla is really good, too. It is listed as an appetizer, but it is a large and filling quesadilla.The burgers are also very good, but they have a Mediterranean flavor, so don't expect the typical taste of your standard American burger.The chicken sandwich is dark meat, which I prefer, but I think it is worth noting so people do not expect the standard white meat chicken patty.As far as I can tell, there is only one person who works there(the owner), and he makes everything fresh to order, so I recommend calling your order in ahead of time. It will take 15-20 minutes(or more if you order a lot and/or they are really busy) to be ready. I see this as a plus. Most food trucks have everything premade and simply assemble ingredients instead of making it for you when ordered. I have watched him meticulously plating food with great care. It is clear he takes a lot pride in his cuisine and cares for the customer's satisfaction immensely.The owner is always very polite and friendly and has a very warm and welcoming smile.Solid Five Star food truck, and some of the best food I have had in Chico.I have recommended it to every one I work with. Several people have tried it and they all love it.Don't miss out on this gem of a food truck!

“Fantastic pizza. They source most of their ingredients locally and most of it is organic. Very tasty and unique pies, and wonderful cheesecake. I'll be eating there again. I posted this review around 2 years ago.
We went there recently and were very disappointed. The amount of toppings on the pizza was far less than we were used to. This is the second time we've been in the past 2 months, and will probably be our last. I'm sad because formerly this was our absolute favorite pizza place; we were willing to spend $80 for a salad, pizza, and 2 drinks and a tip because the pizza was so good. The last time we went it just wasn't worth it. I've heard that there's a new owner, maybe that's the reason.“

“Outside dining on a beautiful day is amazing. Food was served quickly. Menu options were good. It appears they specialize in gourmet pizza. Menu options do change frequently. I would definitely recommend for group dining to try different menu options to share. It wasn’t very busy when I arrived but it took a little bit for them to seat me which honestly annoyed me because they weren’t super busy and there were tables available, but after I got seated, things got better. I ordered 4 different dishes from the appetizer menu and it did not disappoint. I plan to return again to try experience wine paring with some of the meal options.“
