“Great food, everything we tried were very tasty. You order your food from kiosk, and unfortunately no alcohol served, also it’s in the sketchy part of downtown but that makes the parking easier,
since street in front of the restaurant was empty. However, food taste made up for those.“

“Every part of the experience is stellar. Get there early for an outdoor seat. You can taste that the food is prepared with a lot of care - grilled meat, freshly charred veg, perfect rice, bright garlic sauce. It needs no adornment! The owner is a sweetheart as well. His son runs a very efficient operation from the front.“

“If you want a place to hang out after an activity with friends and eat good food while listening to some relaxing karaoke THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Yes there are busy times for this place because this place has great food, service, and atmosphere! I've been here with different sets of friends and I have never had a bad time...though parking may be a bit hard it's worth it. Also the prices for everything are fair and I don't end up spending too much especially in a group.“

“Seems like a training day. When you are a new customer and you order a plate, you have no idea what comes with it and no explanation. I ordered a two meat chicken beef combo and was asked if I wanted meat. It was off but the food was delicious...“

“Skaf's has made me LOVE Lebanese food when I've never been a fan of Mediterranean at all! The food is so fresh and seasoned well. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. It's real easy to enjoy good food here when the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Perfect spot whether you want to eat with a small group of friends or alone while working on your laptop.“

“They have free parking lot. Table is limited so might have to wait if you get unlucky. All the skewers reasonably priced, well seasoned, and decent size. But I think it’s less variety than other skewers places. Overall, good dinner place and would recommend to visit.“

“Have gotten takeout from here a number of times. Never disappointed. Flavorful chicken that's nice and tender, ingredients always seem fresh.
All of the sauces are very tasty and they are very generous with them. The chicken plate and The Get Greeky bowl are, so far, my favorites. Pricing is fair compared to some other places.
Staff is friendly and attentive.“

“A very delicious wrapped shawarma. The sauce is tasty, and the meat is super fresh and marinated. Personally, I would have added more vegetables. But overall, I really enjoyed it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly; they speak English, Armenian, and Russian. I recommend it 100%.“

“Since I was born, kabob has been my favorite food, full stop. I’ve had kabob all over LA County. They charge you $38 at Raffi’s and Pardis for a kabob barg plate, give you the same amount of meat, and fill the plate with rice. Masis Kabobs’ food has no flavor; they don’t marinate their meat correctly and don’t cook their tomato enough, as it’s always mostly raw.
Harry over at Moon Mart Kabob gives you the best kabob, jigar, and abgoosht. If it’s you and a few friends, go over to Moon Mart Kabob, and you’ll realize why it’s so good, in my opinion. He charges you $20 for kabob barg, and he’s such a nice guy that you’ll be really happy eating there and giving him your business—not just because of his niceness, but also because he knows his stuff.“

“Hands down some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had! I ordered the beef lulu and filet mignon plate. The filet mignon was more tender than I’ve had at $100 streakhouses and the beef lulu was seasoned to perfection. Everything from the tomato and cucumber salad to the hummus was extremely fresh!
On top of that, the lady who works the counter is extremely friendly and made sure I felt at home even though I showed up near closing time.
I’ve found my new go-to Mediterranean spot.“

“They make the most delicious luleh kabob in Glendale. It tastes exactly like the luleh kabob I had in Iran. Very original. Love their rice and fresh baked flat bread. Amazing gem. Friendly staff ads to the charm of this place. Glad I found them.“

“This is definitely one of the most flavorful kabob restaurants I’ve been to. The quality and flavor each time I eat here doesn’t disappoint. If you’re ever in the area and want something that’s tasty and with very generous portions I’d advise you to come here. The staff at this location is very punctual with orders that I’ve phoned in and they’re very friendly people as well. Thank you so much Villa! :)“
“I got introduced to stocker market 2 months ago, they are a friendly family owned market. Varooj and his wife does the kitchen orders. Had the great recipe passed down b generations. This was the first place I’ve seen the Armenian spaghetti (Macaron) sold freshly prepared. Her cooking is awesome and the store has all the specialty Armenian products. Support the family markets trying to service their community and are doing an amazing job. They are not as expensive as the bigger stores. They also have koobideh at $7 a pound. Fantastic price and done properly. Thank you for doing what you do!“

“Certainly not the only one, but definitely a wonderful choice to get Mediterranean food for lunch or a quick dinner. The place is located in a a cute little building (missed it on the first drive-by) with a mini garden to sit outside at one of four tables. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, cleanly presented. Hit on the menu - I was told - is the Chipotle Chicke. I went for the lamb gyros and the spinach dip - and loved both: Everything was tasty - and good to come back another time - so four stars :-) Now, thank you for reading my comment. Now, if you are curious enough about my "rating scheme", here's "the moment of truth. I am a music photographer who travels the world with the worlds greatest musical talents (Michael Jackson, AC/DC, Rolling Stones or Rammstein, to name a few) for almost 40 years. When being asked "where do you live" I tended to ask "in hotels". At my peak, I "shot" 250 shows a year. Will say: been there, saw and tasted it, and a lot, as I may say and much to the dismay of my doctor who is in my back to lose a few pounds. Quite a few, as I may add, which is why my wife and I walk ten thousand steps per day, where- and whenever we can - and explore a lot of new exciting places - places you may oversee when just driving by. While I love to share my experience with others, I am sometimes shocked how people use their "power of word" to down-rate amazing places because of minor incidents (in my all time favourite restaurant Le Petit Four on Sunset Plaza the owner was even called a racist as he refused to toast the (free) bread in his packed restaurant - they simply do not offer toasted bread, as no French place does, as I may add). Or I just read "Chicken piccata so over-salted I hope the dog enjoys the leftovers tomorrow, I brought home most of the dish." Did they speak to their service? How could the restaurant learn that something was wrong when patrons even have their leftovers boxed to take home? As a dog owner, I want to take the writer and shake him or her really bad and say "you give over-salted food to your dog? Anyone with a bit of brain understands this is a horrible idea... I hope you agree. So If I had the say on this portal, I would offer just to see ratings of my friends. So I would see what the ratings were by like-minded people. Sadly, I have no say. I try not to compare apples with oranges. A place like this simply does not compare to "The Ritz". At first, I assume that a restaurant is clean, they do not greet you with a gun - and they deliver whatever they promise. I do not give stars for things that are expected. In my rating scheme, three or more stars are awarded if they actually exceeded my expectation. Four, if I am sure I will come back. To achieve five stars, I must be willing to take a detour of thirty minutes or more to go again. Again, thank you for reading this.“

“This Chinese skewers place is a great place to eat at. Their variety of skewers both in meat and veggie are diverse. They also have a mild and spicy version (mala) and a none spicy for all levels of enjoyment. The spicy sliced potato, corn cheese and enoki mushrooms were great. Their Sapporo pitcher special for $10 was also a great deal.
Overall the meat and marinade was great and the special items such as chicken heart and pork skin was crispy and good. The service was decent if you waived the staff down. We got all our orders in a timely manner. The vibe is kind of loud but enjoyable time with friends and family. Bring a shirt you don't care to smell as the cooking will stick onto your clothes.“

“Lots of food items to choose from in the buffet for hot or dry pot and tons of skewer items. Might take a while to be served depending on how busy things get both in store and for take out. We received our hot pots within 10 minutes, but the skewers took a good 30 minutes to arrive. If you can handle habanero no problem, I’d say go with the Hot level spice, otherwise Medium will give you a good kick without killing your senses. Keep in mind the parking validation is only for the first 30 minutes, so plan to pay for parking if you go into the lot downstairs.“

“Great food in a run-down shopping center in koreatown. A nice departure from standard Korean BBQ. Food is a bit pricey but it's really solid. the grills have little automatic skewer rotator mechanisms which are super cool and the staff are very helpful. Great! Vegetarian options and the kitchen cooked dishes are really impressive.“

“It was my first time here, the place looked clean. The young lady at the register was super friendly and courteous. I ordered the lamb chop plate as well as the chicken Kabob plate. The lamb chops were very tasty and tender. The ONLY thing was that the rice and lamb chops were very salty. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my food, it was just too much salt. I'm willing to give this place a second chance only because I love lamb and they are close to me. The pros outweigh the cons and hopefully next time it won't be salty. Will keep you posted“
