My initial contact was over the phone, where I was immediately impressed by Marissa's professionalism, clarity, and friendly demeanor as she patiently took my order. Later, I had the opportunity to meet Marissa in person when I picked up my order at BWW Eastvale, and her exceptional customer service continued. She was a very friendly young woman with short curly hair (though I'm not sure if she's the only Marissa there!). Her warm greeting and continued attentiveness made the pickup process a breeze. I definitely appreciate her excellent service and will continue coming to BWW Eastvale.“

“I ordered pizza over the weekend. We wanted to try the new puffs they're promoting. The ones we received were on the burnt side. The pizza we received was perfect.

Their new staff seems to be trying much harder than the previous regime. This is a very busy location so I have no qualms with the staff. They do need to fix their Pizza Portal it's all too often I see the keypad is broken and you have to hunt down the cashier to hand you your order.“

She was patient with me, answered all my questions and even recommended some specials and saved me money. I absolutely recommend going to this location as they made my experience a good one.
