“My first time here. I got to visit with Paul the bartender who has been here 21 years. I got to meet Gabriel, one of the owners and Kaitlyn one of the servers. Look, I travel the southwest for work and really enjoy a local place. Apparently this locally owned bar and grill has been here since 2002. The chief since the opening, Paul since 2004.
