I went to los Banos for brunch, and it was delightful. They have cafe de olla, which was amazing. They had all types of moles but the meat that was the best was the Cochinita, so flavorful and tender. I just wish I would’ve had the live music to go with this amazing food. Definitely coming back.
If you want an authentic Mole Experience this is your MUST go. They have an all you can eat breakfast where you can serve yourself many different varieties of Moles, amazing coffee that is delicious and satisfying.
