We love Tashi Dalek! We discovered it during the pandemic and adore their chicken vindaloo and momo. I recommend the jhol sauce! I like medium-hot hotness level, and I will note that on a couple occasions, I requested "spicy" and it was Very Spicy, whereas on other occasions, it was closer to medium-hot. We've since moved farther away but still come by when we get a craving. Thanks you, Tashi Dalek!
The service was friendly and attentive, with the staff taking the time to explain each dish and offer suggestions based on my preferences. I appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine passion for Nepalese cuisine that was evident throughout the meal.
