“Erica was a wonderful server. My mom ordered a skillet for the veggies but it looked lackluster without the meat. Erica was sweet enough to bring over a plate of extra veggies for her without us asking. My mom’s recovering from a hard fall and needs all the fuel she can get - I appreciated the thoughtfulness so much. Thank you again Erica!!“

“I actually ordered their chicken and waffle for breakfast and not thinking this can be that great (because I didn't choose this place but my mom did 😬). However, to my surprise, the Belgium waffle was huge and has a very good texture with a special dough. And Man, that chicken thigh is something else! I love that chicken was marinated first, then fired (or baked) so it's juicy and not dry at all! Not to even mention the Hispanic servers there can speak Chinese so that's why they can draw my mom back (and now me)! 🤣 👏 Bravo Nano Cafe 👏“

The chicken soup was just okay. I would have preferred the soup to come out first instead of being served at the same time as my sandwich. The open-face roast beef was decent but nothing that really stood out.

The patty melt had good flavor, but it came with very few grilled onions, and even though I requested mushrooms, they were completely left off.

Overall, the food was okay and had decent flavor, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The great service was definitely the highlight of my visit.“

“I always pass this restaurant on my bus route and usually I don’t have time to stop however I did today and I must say the customer service is amazing and I ordered the French toast combo with a side of potatoes O’Brian… First of all the French toast is so damn good. I didn’t even need syrup next, I’m gonna talk about these potatoes that was cooked to Perfection… They were crispy & soft they were amazing. My eggs were over medium perfect. I mean just perfect. I will definitely be returning. There aren’t as many good restaurants in this area, but this is definitely one of them and once again the customer service was amazing. The only reason why I did not give it five stars for the atmosphere is because I sat at the bar area and there was a lady who just would not get off of her phone. She had it on speaker and it was super loud. You would’ve thought she had it connected to surroundsound and that is the only reason why it was four stars for the atmosphere I just wish people would be a little more considerate so for that reason I actually cut my visit short and just packed my food up to go however, once again this restaurant is amazing super clean the restroom really clean and once again the customer service is truly truly amazing please go and visit this restaurant“

“Reminds me of our old “point point” joint in Culver City but with different Chinese Ethnicity. Little English but food selections is extensive. Three 4x2 hot sections. 8 veggies on edges above the heated sections. I’d eat in house, all you can eat rice, soup (tonight egg and seaweed) and bean porridge (sweet). One item for 7.45, 2 for 9.25, 3 for 11.xx and 4 for 12.xx (couldn’t see numbers clearly). Clean bathroom. Overall, I would eat here several times a week if a local.“

“Hoy (Agosto 22/2026) desayuné en Denny's de #Pasadena (2627 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91107) y salí con una lección que me va a acompañar por mucho tiempo. Era sábado por la mañana, el restaurante estaba totalmente lleno y no había nadie en la entrada asignando mesas. Mientras esperábamos, un señor se acercó con una sonrisa. No era la persona encargada de recibirnos. Era uno de los meseros. Aun así, quiso ayudar. Nos preguntó cuántos éramos, tomó la lista, revisó cuidadosamente qué mesas había disponibles y encontró dos opciones. Estaba haciendo exactamente lo que habría hecho un gerente, no porque fuera su obligación, sino porque entendió que un cliente estaba esperando y quiso ayudar. En ese momento llegó la gerente. Él, con total respeto, le explicó qué mesas estaban disponibles y le dijo: “No hay problema, yo te ayudo" (osea él a la gerente) y se ofreció a llevarnos a la mesa. No estaba intentando hacer el trabajo de otra persona. Estaba colaborando. Ella lo ignoró. Él volvió a ofrecer su ayuda. Y ella lo ignoró otra vez. No hubo un “gracias”. No hubo un “yo me encargo”. Solo una actitud que minimizaba por completo su aporte. Durante todo el desayuno no dejé de pensar en esa escena. Al terminar, regresé al mostrador para agradecerle personalmente. La primera respuesta que escuché fue: “¿Para qué quiere hablar con él? Es el mesero.” Y precisamente por eso quería agradecerle. Otra gerente fue a llamarlo a la cocina y, cuando él salió, nos encontramos cerca y me preguntó: “¿Hice algo malo?” Sentí un nudo en la garganta. Le respondí: “No. Usted hizo todo bien. Solo quería darle las gracias porque personas como usted hacen que la experiencia realmente valga la pena.” (por cierto si le pedí permiso para tomarle la foto) Y entonces entendí algo mucho más grande: A veces olvidamos que los equipos no funcionan por una sola persona, sino por la suma de habilidades, experiencias, talentos y carisma que se complementan. No se trata de la edad, del cargo o de quién lleva más años o de quererle quitar el puesto a alguien. Se trata de empatía. De reconocer el valor que cada persona aporta desde su lugar. De entender que una posición de mayor responsabilidad jamás debería convertirse en una razón para minimizar el trabajo, la experiencia o las capacidades de alguien más. Ningún cargo está por encima del respeto. Hoy, gracias a Don Nato, recordé que el liderazgo real no siempre viene de quien tiene el título más alto. Muchas veces viene de quien, con humildad, iniciativa y calidad humana, simplemente ve que alguien necesita ayuda… y decide ayudar. Gracias, Don Nato (espero que su nombre lo haya yo puesto de manera correcta ya que fue como escuche cuando lo llamaron, si es que lo confirmo lo corregiré) Personas como usted hacen la diferencia. ❤️“

“What a cute diner! Even has a drive thru. I found them via Door Dash pick up option. Glad I came. I also really like that there's booths, will be back to sit in. Generous portions; compatible for price points. I got the yummy signature omlette and was happy to see they had a gravy option in which I asked for on the side with a biscuit. The gravy was not spicy which I appreciate. Definitely fuel food to get my day started right; though I might take a nap first 😅✅️“

“Always a nice place to have breakfast in the morning. Not to busy, daily specials that include a nice cup of coffee and a enough to keep you fueled for the day. The prices here are very reasonable unlike other overly priced diners in the area. You won't leave here feeling hungry. The staff are always friendly and make sure your cup is always full. Definitely our go to place when we're in the area.“

“Alpha Omega is located right at the beginning of downtown Covina. They have excellent burgers, tuna melt sandwiches, and the best gyros sandwiches around. We always get the gyros sandwich and fries and a chili cheeseburger.

They also serve omelets for breakfast. Parking is a bit tough, but they hace a drive through. Outstanding place for lunch.“

“The Thursday - Sunday late evening/overnight staff is amazing! I've been coming here pretty much weekly since July 2021 and they have become like family, especially our regular server Lupe. The night manager is cool and when he gets on the stove his food is out of this world! They got a new cook a few months ago and they are great with consistently producing comfort, especially the fries (and I'm VERY picky about my fry consistency).“
