“Mochi donuts are amazing here! Fair variety, fast service, the display is high so it's easy to browse without squatting or bending over (a huge plus for me)!
Parking can be rediculous as it's mall parking, best to NOT park where Google tells you to (in front of the main entrance to PF Chang's and Lazy Dog) and go over to the side of the building by the entrance to the Mitsuwa Food Court for easiest access!

“MY Best friend went to get himself a turkey sandwich. And two ham sandwich for my daughter and I. He told me all 3 worker's treated him really kind especially the older guy. He said the older gentleman told him to sit down while he prepared his meal and gave him coffee. He said the staff was very kind. Their sandwiches are very good. The best we ever had. “I live in the neighborhood and this is my go to donut shop. They are very friendly and have an upbeat attitude.

The fresh juices are delicious and they have a lot of options. The breakfast sandwiches are my go to with the occasional donut.“

“My spouse and I come here at least once a week. We really enjoy the sandwiches and the iced coffee (strong and sweet, just how I like it). They stuff the sandwiches with lots of ingredients but will leave off any ingredient that you want and even give you pickled peppers on the side. We don't understand why anyone would even go to the Dunkin down the way when you can go to this place. The donuts are big and fresh here. They have such a variety of food and drinks (like fresh juices) that I'm amazed every time. If you think you won't find something you'll like, go in and at least see the menus on the wall.“

“Wow. I had a long wait picking up someone from LAX so wanted boba. Gps led me to this nondescript place. Got the green Thai bob milk tea. Wow! Great flavor! “I was going to Dunkin' donuts for a while but I had seen this place but every time I went to Dunkin' donuts there was always a problem there! Mainly the service and the rudeness of the employees so this past couple weeks ago I went to Dunkin donuts and this was the breaking point for me so I walked out without purchasing anything. “The best place to get your donuts. You can expect to wait a little bit in the morning during the rush but it's well worth it as an the ladies who work are absolutely nice and extremely quick. “I don’t understand the negative reviews. I walked to this place after a hospital visit on 5/13 in the morning and it was a very pleasant experience. They have plenty of drinks and a variety of sandwiches and chips to choose from. I also had a donut and it was fresh and delicious. All of the donuts they have looked delicious but unfortunately I should only have ONE! Come by and get something to eat or a sweet treat. The server was polite and friendly.
