My friend and I wanted some breakfast sandwiches after a nice hike. This area can be pretty pricey so my friend decided to look up a nearby donut spot and we hit the jackpot. Good coffee, fresh and healthy juice, and great sandwiches that didn’t break the bank. Also got some donuts to go for my husband and he loved them! Will definitely be back.“

“Mochi donuts are amazing here! Fair variety, fast service, the display is high so it's easy to browse without squatting or bending over (a huge plus for me)!
Parking can be rediculous as it's mall parking, best to NOT park where Google tells you to (in front of the main entrance to PF Chang's and Lazy Dog) and go over to the side of the building by the entrance to the Mitsuwa Food Court for easiest access!

“MY Best friend went to get himself a turkey sandwich. And two ham sandwich for my daughter and I. He told me all 3 worker's treated him really kind especially the older guy. He said the older gentleman told him to sit down while he prepared his meal and gave him coffee. He said the staff was very kind. Their sandwiches are very good. The best we ever had. So on behalf of my Best friend and myself. Thank you.“

“My spouse and I come here at least once a week. We really enjoy the sandwiches and the iced coffee (strong and sweet, just how I like it). They stuff the sandwiches with lots of ingredients but will leave off any ingredient that you want and even give you pickled peppers on the side. We don't understand why anyone would even go to the Dunkin down the way when you can go to this place. The donuts are big and fresh here. They have such a variety of food and drinks (like fresh juices) that I'm amazed every time. If you think you won't find something you'll like, go in and at least see the menus on the wall.“

“Wow. I had a long wait picking up someone from LAX so wanted boba. Gps led me to this nondescript place. Got the green Thai bob milk tea. Wow! Great flavor! Super subtle flower note, not so sweet, very light. Bob was warm and soft in the middle. This drink hits the boba spot and competes with the best of them in taste and in price.

“I came here for the first time at 3:30am after having some donut cravings. I've been eyeing this place for sometime and figured hey I'm up at an odd time and there won't be any traffic so why not give this place a shot? My other option would have been another spot that would've taken another 15 minutes or so to drive to.

At any rate, got a box of a dozen and the guy at the counter tossed in an extra one on the house. i did pay by card so maybe that was the reason (read other people receiving similar service) but i ain't gonna complain. The two i had (sprinkled, cinnamon) were very fresh and tasty. can't wait to try the others!

My only concern is mostly the oddballs you'd see hanging around PCPH (intentionally written). Luckily, there was only one other person who was friendly and helpful. Otherwise, gotta love a 24/7 donut shop!“

“I was going to Dunkin' donuts for a while but I had seen this place but every time I went to Dunkin' donuts there was always a problem there! Mainly the service and the rudeness of the employees so this past couple weeks ago I went to Dunkin donuts and this was the breaking point for me so I walked out without purchasing anything. Then I was driving to the beach and I saw this place and I said oh my God there is a donut place here and it was my first time so I walked in and I purchased a few donuts and sure enough this is my go-to place from now on! It actually tastes better than Dunkin donuts! The atmosphere is clean not like Dunkin' donuts that if filthy and according to another review there was poop all over the ladies bathroom . But this place was clean and delighting for even take your date. Dunkin is a place of hang outs for ..let's just say no so clean patrons. Santa Monica store is filthy . And frankly I don't want to eat their donuts . Since the employees don't even look clean !“

They have plenty of drinks and a variety of sandwiches and chips to choose from. I also had a donut and it was fresh and delicious.
