“Without a doubt, one of our favorite places to stay on the Mendocino Coast. Or anywhere, really! A magical property, and an epicurean's delight (Chef Victor is a dream). We can't wait to go back with our dogs!”
“This place used to operate as a restaurant back when a New York steak was $6.75, but now it only opens as a bar on Fridays and Saturdays. As you drive up through private property, you might wonder if you’re heading the right way, but just follow Google Maps and you’ll get there. Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a stunning view that makes it well worth the trip. They don’t serve draft beer—only cocktails and canned beer—but it’s still an interesting spot I recommend visiting.
Keep in mind, food is not provided here.”

“Valentine experience. This was a very good experience for Valentine's Day dinner. We usually go out the night before or after to avoid crowds and poorly prepared food. The food was very good and the service was great and we didn't feel rushed. Very nice local wine selection also.”

“One of the best dining experiences in Northern California, y’all. The combination of setting (that view WHAT?), genuinely kind and helpful service, and unnecessarily phenomenal food brings the heat. Seriously, the tuna confit, which I expected to be meh, was revelatory and has me scheming how to make it a part of my own weekly dinner repertoire. Everything else hit way harder than expected as well, across appetizers and entrees and even dessert. GO.”
