“The oxtail plate was flawless. Meat like butter in a broth I could do shots of. The red beans and rice had me talking to myself. Crispy plantains and a surprise side of creamy mac n cheese with green chilis that made me tear up. Not from spice, just love. Can’t wait to go back.“

“We just had a special event for our 60th Anniversary catered by Shef Madres Catering. The menu was multi level and complemented the wines available. We have done many special events over the years and this event had the best food layout to date. A totally awesome event.“

“We had Hannibal's cater an 85th Birthday Party this weekend. The food was great, very tasty prime rib & mashed potatoes. The service was wonderful (Samantha), she did a great job all on her own! She did all the set up and take down, I can't say enough about this Catering Company. I will use them again for other events.“

“We ordered some Oysters. And the oysters were delicious. ✨FYI- BUT the workers & order taker, you guys DEFINITELY need to have better communication with your staff & workers. We waited 20mins at the restaurant while the staff members were clueless on our order that we ordered 45mins beforehand. Not knowing we have to go to Oyster Bar in Natomas to pick up. We came from EG. And the staff at the restaurant had no clue & didn’t believe us our text conversation we had with the employers, the ones we contacted for the Oysters order. After about 30 mins wait. We finally got our oysters. But we made sure we counted them. Becuz the employees were NOT friendly. And seemed like they were bothered. But Happy 4th!!“
