Good spicy ramen walking distance from hotels when you’re travel. The Whole market is a pretty cool concept.
Great little place to try out Sake. Very knowledgeable staff and they know their stuff. I took a sake flight for me and my friend and she suggested the 3 sake that I have posted here. The Chikurin, Tokubetsu and Maboroshi. The Maboroshi was more sweet and fruity while the Tokubetsu felt more boozy. I liked the Chikurin best followed by Tokubetsu. Definitely going back.
The Periodic Table is a Japanese and science-inspired bar that offers a great spot for drinks. The atmosphere is charming, and the service is excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The menu includes a good selection of sake and fun signature drinks that everyone seems to love. Although a few snack items may be out of stock, they work with the neighboring restaurant to provide most dishes, including ramen and gyoza. The lotus root chips are a must-try, as they are so delicious that customers often order seconds. Bartenders, such as Emma and Jade, are exceptionally friendly, creating a laid-back and cool environment. This bar is ideal for those who love quality conversations over quality beverages.
