When it comes to their shrimp quesadillas/burritos/tacos and their delicious asada fries I can’t imagine going somewhere else. You can taste that their food is freshly made. Originally she made home made tortillas but now someone else makes them from a another business that makes them. The meat is so good the sauce abd all the fixings is really good. “A hot, fresh almond pretzel is amazing. To my delighted surprise, the leftovers (it's huge!) were still great 8 hours later. That is above and beyond on pretzel quality. So buttery! So delicious! Service was courteous and very good about explaining that a hot pretzel takes a few minutes. I was not crazy about the strawberry lemonade, but I'm not holding active grudges about it, either.“

“The quality took me back 10+ years. I have not tasted this legitimate quality of burrito and tacos in over a decade. Between the Bay Area, the Southern part of the Central Valley to the Modesto area. It's been over 10 years, and the best Burrito still REMAINS on 8th Street!

The burrito flavor sent chills down my spine, anchoring me to past memories to when quality was worth your money. Customer service I received was also top tier with positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.

Stopped by in the morning which typically has some homeless strolling around which was typical years ago and apparently seems to have not changed. I'll have to return at night to see if the vibe is still there.

“I stopped in because of ratings, and I'm glad i did. Ordered burrito supreme before "lunch time", no hesitation they made my order. So thankful. The burrito was perfect, grilled sealed and didn't fall apart. The ingredients were evenly throughout the burrito, wasn't one bite of all meat or all beans. Both salsas have complete flavor. “All right, I got a base a taco, a chicken taco and a pastor taco. Each of the three were great unique flavors between the two the tortillas you can tell they put them on the griddle and then they get a little bit crispy which I think is a great texture. The salsa on the Kabasa was a little bit spicy, but it just the right place sat on a picnic bench to eat it no indoor seating. Don’t expect a bunch of warm smiles, but you will get some very good food. How to place I’ll take my first date on but stop in and grab a quick bite. Why not

“The food here is so good, they have it cafeteria style with many authentic Filipino dishes, I used to have to drive atleast 45 minutes to get good food now Modesto has its own spot. The restaurant is really clean and home feeling, they even have a karaoke machine. The ladies serving the food are so sweet and friendly. Love this place will definitely be coming back a lot!“
