This is an amazing little cart shop right by the freeway in Encinitas that serves some incredible specialty coffee at an affordable price. I went on a Wednesday morning around 11AM with no line. The service was incredible, the coffee was fresh and amazing, and the peppermint mocha was delicious. The barista is very professional and is exemplary at her coffee crafting, really knows her stuff!
Ran into this place by accident and I'm so glad I did! Coffee is delicious (they mentioned that their coffee is sourced from South America and Jamaica) and the service is great! Refreshing to get good coffee for under $5 in Encinitas. Go check them out and support local!

I was pleasantly surprised by this coffee cart, located right off I-5 and Encinitas Blvd. I love a strong cup of coffee, and the owner recommended a homemade horchata based coffee with two shots of espresso, and it was delicious! Add to that the heavenly homemade banana bread, and I might just have to make a trip back up here from San Diego just for this. Thank you, Ariel! Worth a stop
