I think the best way to start this review is to be honest about my obsession and the chokehold this place has on me. It's borderline unhealthy at this point. I can't seem to stay away. LOL. No but seriously, I am completely and utterly in-love with this place. I am a huge sandwich person but so I am particular about where I go. Ernie’s is a great addition to Encinitas. We stopped by for lunch and loved everything we tried.
