I think it was the manager who helped take my order, he was very nice! I ended up getting the Turkey Gouda sandwich and the Pumpkin spice chai. Both so so good!!
Good place . Comfortable environment. Good family business
Food here is so good. I haven't had a bad item. Peanut butter mocha is awesome.

Elmisa Cafe Escondido is a great little cafe for breakfast and lunch, offering plenty of flavorful options.
