GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GREAT!
I went in to their establishment wanting to take photos for school projects of 2 employees. They agreed and after they asked for a team photo. Some time after those photos were taken I ordered a drink as I was about to pay, they said it was on them. What an amazing team they have here. I love the atmosphere. I love the cleanliness. I love how nice they are. Andrea was amazing nice and outgoing so kudos to her.
Always fast and friendly service!

This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. The coffee is often described as weak, with one customer comparing a latte to a weak americano. The food is consistently cold, and they do not know how to toast a bagel or melt the cheese on a breakfast sandwich. Customer service is lacking; nobody smiles, and it is described as downright depressing. One worker locked up the doors early at 8 pm, despite the door and maps stating a 9 pm close. Another customer reported that mobile orders get priority, leaving in-store customers waiting while workers nonchalantly ignore them. However, some customers enjoy the location. One reviewer loves this location, always using the mobile app to order before arriving. They recommend the iced pumpkin cream chai and the pumpkin muffin, which is super moist. Their all-time favorite is the iced matcha latte with soy milk. The drive thru is nice, though the speaker can be low volume and it can get backed up. A downside is a sharp right turn that is hard to drive into when pulling into this Starbucks. The location is now its own separate building instead of the shared building it used to be.
