“Just a perfect venue for a wedding.

It’s beautiful - enveloped in lush greenery, surrounded by mountains!

Staff is warm, amazing and efficient. Couldn’t expect more. All the arrangements were just remarkable.

Food was delicious, drinks were marvellous.

“This is the GEM of north county! The owners have clearly considered every little detail (from the antique hob nail glassware down to the bathroom soap). The staff was some of the best we've encountered - despite being NYE everyone we engaged with truly seemed to enjoy their job! We're already HUGE fans of farm to table establishments that support our local farmers..but the food here is not only fresh but incredibly flavorful & cooked to perfection. We especially loved the unique amuse-bouche & palette cleaner offerings. The interior is small with a well considered layout that provides an intimate atmosphere where you can enjoy conversation without worrying about another table being seated on top of you. Overall we're thrilled to have discovered Collette's & can't wait to return for one of their upcoming supper clubs!“

The only food downside ( which is why I gave Food a 4 out of 5 rating), is their Ceaser salad...it is consistently bland, really watery, and tasteless...such an unpleasant surprise given that ALL of the other salads are so delicious, and ALL of the other food is delicious. Rosina, PLEASE update the Ceaser salad..it is really awful.“

“Carvers Rancho Bernardo is about old values and quality! We, Realtors, give a very high rating, all around, especially to the friendly and professional Staff. Unfortunately, We can not say the same for Manager. It’s obvious, he needs to learn some culture and manners from the Staff Members. We just recently heard, he verbally hurt a number of loyal Carvers’ customers, including few of us, with his dishonest and rude behavior…for no reasons, at all. To make it worse: He walks away, and does not allow the smallest comment. Mr. Manager, while you were in the first grade, we, the old Patrons created the “Desired Image” of Carvers, by our frequent attendance and positive word of mouth among Newcomers!“

“iI you are looking for a fun atmosphere with yummy food and drinks, this is your place. This was our impromtu date night and we will be back. We had riesling, beer, spicy chicken wings, garlic noodles, and the yummiest over baked and glazed brussels sprouts. To top it off, we ordered the bread pudding cream brulee and I must say the flavors of the vanilla ice cream, bread pudding, chocolate, and creme brulee all melts in your mouth. get ready for a party 🥳 in your mouth. Highly recommended.“
