Wow! I’ve never had cinnamon rolls quite like these. First they are huge! Super soft, they have the right balance of cinnamon with icing and some come with nuts. Mark is always great to chat with. The store opens on Mon-Fri but you might want to double check before you go. They do have a lunch menu too, but yet to try it. By far this bakery ? the sour dough bread is fluffy and huge.! Best sandwich I've ever had. Local businesses are using their bread fir their customers. The cinnamon rolls Huge, beautiful. And, oh! My! Goodness! BEARCLAWS! precious! Original! Bearclaws with the Original almond filling. ?No-one in Humboldt makes Bearclaws at all but fat cat. So delicious. Dill and cottage cheese bread.
