Bomb soup, super yummy. This was my first time here and I'm sorry to also hear they are shutting down.Truly a pity, but democratic politics, inflation, are what is killing the hard working middle class.Few people i imagine want to afford $8 for 16 oz soup, even if it's locally made goods.I'm sorry to see you guys go, but i want you to know what you made tasted great.
The Humboldt Soup Company offers delicious and fresh soups, salads, and ramen at what is considered by some to be reasonable prices. The chicken curry soup and Thai salad are popular staples, and the ingredients are always fresh. It is unfortunate to hear that the restaurant is closing down, as it is a loss for the community.
