“The food is excellent! I had a chimichanga that was out of this world! The chicken was on point the beans were just mouth-watering. The service was excellent also. The girl behind the counter was sweet and kind spoke English really good. And the cook Omar I had to ask the name, was superb He's cooking was superb. Breakfast burritos are on hit two. Love this place would go back all the time.“

“So, I usually go to my regular mexican place but since they did not answer the phone (not uncommon), I thought I'd try this place out - since it's much much closer ... And I'm so glad I did!! I've tried Nixtacos and hated the food which was bland and super overpriced. My regular mexican place the cilantro is always like frozen and the result is nasty cilantro. One thing that stood out for me about Nikos Tacos is that the onions had a nice crunch and the cilantro was super fresh - the cane asada (to my surprise) was perfectly cooked - not hard and dry, but easy to chew with great flavor! The added cheese and crema at the top which looked excessive when I saw in the pictures actually brought it all together and gave it that salt. Excellent ? tacos and I look forward to trying out other things on their menu! Thank you!“

“I tried the three vegan tacos…the cauliflower, the tofu al pastor, and the avocado. Just FYI…the avocado isn’t labeled as a vegan option on the menu due to a shared fryer. The tacos were all delicious but messy lol. The cauliflower was my favorite! This place is small and can be crowded during meal times…so we actually went at 3pm to avoid the crowds. The service was top notch and food came pretty quick! I do wish they didn’t use disposable cups for dining in customers. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-11“

“Still open just moved to a new spot like a block away so highly recommend to check them on Instagram for updates. Parking space is limited (like 3) so it may be better to park on the side streets and walk to the taco stand. Their Al Pastor is well worth the wait, the horchata, toppings, and sauces are also fantastic. I usually come around 6:30pm since the vendor tends to set up a bit later than usual. Cash only!“

“Maybe the very best brussel sprouts I have ever eaten. Our server was so sure of herself, I decided to let her choose my dish. She picked the aioli spicy chicken sandwich (I would have picked a burger). I am glad I did. I was able to enjoy something delightful I may not have ever tried. Definitely a food stop in Folsom. I found it by looking at reviews. Represa Grill had the highest rating and well deserved.“

“We ordered to sample almost all tacos!… I mean we are at a taco bar for gods sake lol… I was surprised that not many people ordered all the tacos all at once! And I was really sad not to see a “sampler” in the menu. The tacos, once ordered together, they do standout! … we suggested to the staff that they do a “sampler” option of 12 tacos or more (and maybe then include the chips and salsa which are not free, but they’re good chips and salsa!) … trying out our version of the sampler was great and I recommend it so that you pick for yourself which ones are your favs!!! I loved the pork belly and the short rib! … Oh and we shared each taco between two of us… so go with someone you don’t mind passing along and sharing the taco with… might not be a good idea for a first date LOL. “Randomly stopped here while out on some errands and wanted some lunch. Got 4 Pastor tacos for $11. The meat was perfectly tender and marinated, the tortillas are good and the salsas are great too. Although there are some things I could see people not liking about this place and that is the salsa not being self serve. It doesn’t come in a container, it’s served on the taco. For me it’s the perfect amount of salsa but for people who like to choose how much salsa they get it could be off putting. The little trailer is only ran by the sole owner so have patience when ordering. Will be coming back soon. 4.8/5.

“One of the hidden gems of in Citrus Heights probably the best tacos in East Sacramento. The tacos have a nice flavor and are very are very fresh. The tacos costed 1.75 the last time went. They also came with grilled onions and a grilled jalapeno on the side. The sauce is also red which is medium hot. There also a liquor to buy the the drinks & snacks you desire.“

“It's a hole in the wall, but aren't those always the best places to get amazing tacos?I was referred to this restaurant specifically for the fish tacos and they didn't disappoint. The adobado (similar to an al pastor) was also phenomenal.One other important point to make is that in these times of excessive food prices (really everything prices), you can come here for a reasonably priced, extremely yummy meal. “I've been coming here for years! I like tasada burritos chicken quessadilla, fish and ensanada tacos are good. Their salsa is really runny but good. I prefer a salsa that has a pile to it. The fries in the nacho fries get a little soggy but they are still good. Their burritos don't have rice or beans and a lot of meat. Enjoy!“

The Flautas are usually my go to at any Mexican place and the ones here are perfection. Even the beans and rice are good. Tortas, are bomb. The asada is good, too. Bacon was giving yesterday's bacon vibes, and the cheese was barely present as well as the egg. No flavor....no love...sauces also sucked...too much oregano on the red sauce, and why was there even oregano in the green sauce? Idk...but obviously I won't be back. “I’ve been coming to this restaurant before I even had my kids… this place is family owned and ran! From the grandparents starting it to the daughter doing it and now her kids are doing it!!! The food is always good here there are never off days the restaurant has not changed any flavors over the many years it’s the original taste I got when I started eating here 20 years ago .. the vibe is fantastic with the music playing and the full bar in the back and party room sometimes they have a mariachi band playing this place is good for seniors because of the fair prices and middle age people with thier family’s..
