The food was good, cant say much about the service. Our waiter didnt seem like he wanted to wait on us at all. I also mentioned it was my kid’s birthday and he said “ ok ill see what i can do” and at the end nothing, totally forgot about it, i didnt feel like making a deal and telling him again but my kiddo was sad.
Also when the waiter first came to take our order, he stopped and said give me a minute and went and served another table drinks before taking our order.

“Our server, Joseph, provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely friendly and even offered us complimentary drinks. The experience was outstanding—definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much, Joseph.”
Great service and hospitality, shoutout to Rashad for his help and great tenacity, as a former server he would make an exceptional server for the team!
Applebee's Grill + Bar has mixed reviews when it comes to their service and food. Some customers have experienced slow service, cold food, and missing items in their to-go orders. However, others have reported good service and decent food, with the ribs being a highlight. The 2/$25 deal and 4-cheese Mac and Cheese with honey and pepper chicken are among the menu items tried by reviewers. Parking can be a challenge due to the theater's proximity. In recent visits, some customers have noticed a decline in food quality and service, mentioning issues like clogged sinks, broken bathroom facilities, and staff seeming overwhelmed or disorganized. Despite these challenges, there are positive experiences, such as attentive and friendly servers who make sure customers are happy with their orders. Service can sometimes be slow, especially when ingredients are unavailable, and billing issues may occur, including missing items on the check and the expectation of tipping even when service is not satisfactory. Overall, Applebee's Grill + Bar has room for improvement in food quality and service, but some customers still find it worth visiting for certain menu options.
