Charleys Cheesesteaks is a restaurant known for its tasty food, including the California Chicken and Philly Cheesesteak. However, there have been some issues with the pricing and consistency of the restaurant's policies. Some customers have reported feeling overcharged and experiencing inconsistent refill policies. In addition, there have been complaints about rude staff members. One customer was disappointed with the small portion size of their son's steak sandwich. While the food is generally good and the restaurant is clean, these issues may detract from the overall dining experience.
