“The food was delicious! I had the filet mignon beef Wellington and my husband had the crusted salmon. Both dishes came with sides and desserts included and it looked amazing and was absolutely delicious. The price per plate, only $55., that’s a bargain these days. The atmosphere of old times mountain house was cozy and comfortable. We were seated in front of the fire place. We’ll definitely be eating there again soon.”

“Easy spot off Highway 41 !! Get some deli sandwiches, a walking cane, bug spray, souvenirs, and lots of goodies for camping and hiking. Close to Yosemite National Park.”

“We dine at Jackalope Ranch frequently and have always found it to be very good overall. My wife loves the Jicama Avocada salad which can be ordered with your choice of protein or without. I love the half rack of Ribs on the Wrangler special that comes with some very good sides including the Ranch Beans that have small pieces of meat in the mix. Service is always excellent. We generally sit inside in a booth as it can be a little cool on the outside patio even though it is beautiful outside. Sitting inside it can be a quite noisy because of the bar. Making a reservation online with Open Table is very easy to get a good table at a desired time.”

“From Kansas City, so very picky when it comes to BBQ. This by far is the best BBQ we've had since moving too Lake Havasu City Arizona. An easy 5 s! Meat was smoked perfect, spicy sauce was spot on ana the jalapeño mac and cheese with bacon on top was delicious!”

“Ordered to go. Got the Western Bacon Burger,my wife had the fish and chips, no complaints. Infact it was one of the best burgers I have had in quite some time. Staff was very friendly. Prices weren't to bad. They even have a few video games and a claw machine for the kids. Would highly recommend 👌 👍.”

“I highly recommend Idle Hour winery and kitchen in Oakhurst. I found out about the winery when looking for a place to eat in the area on the Internet and I’m so glad I did. It was one of my more memorable meals. I had one of their wines, which was outstanding with a salmon dinner accompanied by a very large salad. I usually don’t have dessert, but, being gluten-free, I decided to try their flourless chocolate cake. I’ve never had one I’ve particularly liked, but I doubt that I will be able to resist that dessert the next time I go for dinner, although I will have to try their Sunday brunch next.”
