“The food was delicious! I had the filet mignon beef Wellington and my husband had the crusted salmon. Both dishes came with sides and desserts included and it looked amazing and was absolutely delicious. The price per plate, only $55., that’s a bargain these days. The atmosphere of old times mountain house was cozy and comfortable. We were seated in front of the fire place. We’ll definitely be eating there again soon.”

“Easy spot off Highway 41 !! Get some deli sandwiches, a walking cane, bug spray, souvenirs, and lots of goodies for camping and hiking. Close to Yosemite National Park.”

“We had a 6:15PM reservation on a Tuesday and got seated right away. It's definitely a more quieter ambiance than Jackalopes next door so if you want more quieter time it's worth going to instead and we didn't find the price point to be significantly more. 4 of us without alcohol was just under 200 and jackalopes was around 165. The service was friendly and welcoming. They did have 3 closed mussels in our small appetizer which was a little disappointing but the service and ambiance and rest of the food was about a 3.5 or 4. The shrimp parpadelle was a little too lemony, but the pasta was cooked fine. The mushroom risotto was flavorful and the cioppino was savory but a little salty. The shrimp cocktail app was very good. Go for the ambiance and nice service and decent food.”

“The food was absolutely amazing and just what we needed after an impromptu experience with a black bear while hiking back from Grisly Point. We highly recommend getting the shrimp ceviche and corn riblets. Combine them for a surprisingly great combination.”

“We had a great experience at Timberloft Pizzeria! We ordered the Sicilian pizza, garlic bread, Mozzarella sticks, and the salad bar — everything came out fresh, tasty, and hit the spot after a long day. The Sicilian was especially hearty and flavorful, and the salad bar had a nice variety to round out the meal.

What really made the evening stand out was our server, Lori. She was absolutely lovely — attentive, caring, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. It’s rare to have service that genuine and warm, and it really elevated our visit.

If you’re staying at Tenaya or passing through Fish Camp, this is definitely a great spot for a casual, satisfying meal. And we have leftovers… who doesn’t like breakfast pizza! ;)”

“From Kansas City, so very picky when it comes to BBQ. This by far is the best BBQ we've had since moving too Lake Havasu City Arizona. An easy 5 s! Meat was smoked perfect, spicy sauce was spot on ana the jalapeño mac and cheese with bacon on top was delicious!”

“The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and engaging, and the locals are incredibly gracious and social. Oh, and bar has a fireplace! “I highly recommend Idle Hour winery and kitchen in Oakhurst. I found out about the winery when looking for a place to eat in the area on the Internet and I’m so glad I did. It was one of my more memorable meals. I had one of their wines, which was outstanding with a salmon dinner accompanied by a very large salad. I usually don’t have dessert, but, being gluten-free, I decided to try their flourless chocolate cake. I’ve never had one I’ve particularly liked, but I doubt that I will be able to resist that dessert the next time I go for dinner, although I will have to try their Sunday brunch next.”

“Ordered to go. Got the Western Bacon Burger,my wife had the fish and chips, no complaints. Infact it was one of the best burgers I have had in quite some time. Staff was very friendly. Prices weren't to bad. They even have a few video games and a claw machine for the kids. Would highly recommend 👌 👍.”

“Went here for dinner while staying in Oakhurst and visiting Yosemite. It was such a nice surprise to have delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine after spending all day out.
