“I love getting tea here. I enjoy their perks and deals they often have. The popcorn chicken is a great snack that pairs well with the tea. Be aware of the parking situation on Friday night and the weekend. The parking lot fills up and can sometimes be an issue, but I tend not to go at busy times, so it's rarely impacted me.“

Ingredients are fresh, but price is a bit high for chicken burrito size. Same price almost as Chipotle but size of Taco Bell.

“For those who keep bashing on this Wendy's were you all present when this elderly customer was so called "disrespected"? No?! I WAS and honest to god it was nothing but a misunderstanding. I am a shift manager at this location and was present at the time when everything happened and my restaurant manager was not only being nice to him but tried multiple times to explain what had happened and apologized not only to him but called his wife and apologized as well! Kyle who is the MALE employee who took his order has the most softest voice, he doesn't like to speak louder, when he took the order my restaurant manager noticed the customer couldn't hear what kyle was saying to him so when both my restaurant manager and i saw this we spoke to kyle after and told him to project his voice so customers won't have to lean in so much and cause them trouble to what kyle responded " but im using my sweet innocent voice" That is what made us giggle and at this point the elderly customer thought we were making fun of him which we weren't!“

She wasn't annoyed or frustrated as I said yes this way than oh wait maybe this also. “I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. “We visited the Burger King at Iron Point in Folsom today, and honestly, it felt like stepping back into the days when fast food places truly cared about their customers. The restaurant was clean, the service was warm, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to help—something that has become surprisingly rare.
Special recognition to Marta, who was amazing! She paid attention to the little details, made sure we had everything we needed (napkins included!), and treated us with real kindness. It’s refreshing to see a team that still takes pride in good service instead of just doing the bare minimum.
These days, many fast food restaurants feel like they’re cutting corners everywhere they can. But this Burger King clearly values its customers and its staff, and it absolutely shows in the experience.

“This was my first visit to Shake Shack. It's located at the Palladio in Folsom. I went on a Friday around 1130am, so parking was plentiful. I was greeted by a staff person as soon as I entered. The menu and order/pick up counter are right at the entrance. In addition to a variety of burgers there are vegan options, chicken sandwhiches, hot dogs, soft drinks, milkshakes and even a selection of beer and wines! The entrance is full of light and very welcoming. There are several seating areas inside and out. I ordered a single burger with no cheese and fries. I sat near the entrance and observed a steady flow of customers ordering to eat in as well as those ordering to go or delivery service pick ups. My order arrived in about 5 minutes (they bring it to your table). My burger was a delicious smashed burger and the crinkle cut fries were fresh and hot. As a staff person was delivering an order to another table, he stopped to ask me if my order was ok. I was pleasantly surprised by that because most fast food places do not check on you after you receive your order. 5 stars for the excellent customer service! Overall a great place to stop in to satisfy your hunger and experience great customer service.“

“I am reviewing a chain pizza place and I’m aware of it. I rate it 5 stars for what it is. Ordered a special large unlimited toppings for 9.99. Both pizzas were loaded with toppings and delicious. The staff was very nice, I asked for plates, ranch etc. and they smiled and took care of me. Oh I ordered at 4 on a Sunday and the order was ready in 15 minutes, that’s a huge bonus“

“I don’t often write reviews for chain fast foods but if I have a great experience multiple times in one them I think they deserve a shout out! I often go to the lake to go paddle boarding and been stopping by this subway for a while and every time I leave with a smile on my face! Super friendly staff, very clean and most importantly the sandwiches are fire every time. I always get great recommendations in trying different things too! Definitely my go to subway!“

“Yes, there is no salsa bar any longer. Thats too bad since other locations along I-5 have brought it back since the pandemic. Yes, the back area is sort of hidden from view and its hard to know how your food is prepared, but after 15+ visits over the last 3 years or so I have had all positive experiences. The food is consistently tasty and prepared as you like it. A litte stingy on the salsas, but overall I have never been ill from eating the food there, so that is a plus as well.“

“Had such a great time with my nephew & boyfriend, while out shopping we came across Auntie Anne's Pretzels & they were so yummy!! My 2 year old nephew 💕 the Pizza pretzel!! I had a Jalepeno pretzel & of course we got a bucket of mini sea salted with a side of hot cheese.. Well worth it & the cherry lemonade is Soo good 😉.. next time imm trying the Sweet Almond Pretzel, sounds yummy.“
