Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. “My daughter and I discovered that we love Mediterranean food recently, and found this place nearby our house and decided to try it on a whim. The food was delicious! We got chicken shawarma wraps and pita bread with their tzatziki sauce. It was generous portions and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back!“

“Delicious food! The quantity of the meat versus the rice was perfect. I ordered the triple meat plate and it was amazing! My only complaint was the pita. The pita was dry. I wish it had been softer. The pineapple drink was not too sweet and it came in a decent sized container. Overall, I give it a 4.9/5.0“

“This was my first time ever at CAVA, and as someone who loves Mediterranean food, I genuinely could not have asked for a better first experience!

Jane was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. Since I had never been to CAVA before, she took the time to walk me through everything... from the different proteins and toppings to the sauces and all the options for building my bowl. She even shared some of her personal favorites and popular customer choices, which made figuring out my first order so much easier. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming and never made me feel rushed.

Julian, who helped me at the register, was just as kind and informative. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Then, to top off an already amazing first experience, they surprised me by making my meal on the house for my first visit and told me they hoped I enjoyed everything and would come back. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture and really speaks to the level of hospitality at this location.

And the food absolutely lived up to the experience! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many different Mediterranean flavors and ingredients.

Between the delicious food and the exceptional service from Jane and Julian, my first CAVA experience was a 5/5. They definitely turned a first-time customer into a returning one. I'll absolutely be back!“

“If I could give 6 stars I would! I absolutely love shwarma and this is by far the best shwarma I've had in Cali. The chicken was tender and flavorful and the wrap had the perfect amount of sauce. The shwarma plated were portioned perfectly and just as delicous as the wrap. The service was quick and the customer service was excellent and thoughtful.
