“The staff was very friendly and helpful. (Not like the staff at your other location on Foothill) The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful she offered to help me but I was already done with my order she then offered to help the person at the other kiosk apparently they only spoke Spanish good thing that she spoke spanish too and was able to help them with a nice and friendly attitude at all time.“

“This was by far one of the best Taco Bell‘s I’ve ever been to. They’re really good years. It’s really clean very nice. All the staff are super sweet and very, very nice and friendly and understanding. I had an issue with my order. They were correct it no questions asked about it. No complain and no attitude and I love. Good customer service. I definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend Carla approval stamped and also there were a few people that stood out to me that just really went above and beyond as far as customer service one’s name was. Valerie and Britney super nice and helpful here and they deserve a raise. If you guys see this God bless you and bless your families and keep striving to give customer service at Taco Bell. Thank you reminder that good customer service always pays off and is always appreciated. Thank you for serving us The new fry nachos are a must try but make sure you modify and change the chicken to steak and add extra pay for the extra cheese pay for the extra red hot, hot sauce and make sure you get on the side so you get added yourself because when they do, it doesn’t seem like they put enough so I had to put it on the side and ended up working out a little better and add jalapeños if you dare but this is my view for this place. “As shown above, I would rate it based on these 3 areas. Food, Service, and Atmosphere.I rate it 4 stars because the food portions are good and no one cheats customers with less food.The downside is, food not warm enough.I rate 3 stars for service because drive through take my order promptly and accurately.Lastly, I rate the atmosphere 2 stars because Inside the restaurant is a different story, no server at the register that I can take my order, no kiosk, and no menu board which I can see what deal or meal I can order.Overall, it is a reasonable place and not as bad as other I went to before.

Vegetarian options: Hopefully, there is a crunchy taco option next time around. Menu can expand for vegetarians.“

Parking: There is enough parking at this location.

Kid-friendliness: The children's menu is cheap when you are out and you don't have to wait as long to pay.

Wheelchair accessibility: Super accessible. The ramp is quite wide.“

“Being understaffed during dinner rush and they were still so polite, gave us the wrong drink size and I didn’t even notice but the wonderful worker did even as she was taking orders and gave us an extra. They didn’t even skimp on anything like most places do during a rush. People need to be patient and kind.“
