“Best fish & chips I've ever had, hands down. The fish was FRESH and falling apart in my hands, and being battered & fried didn't hide the taste at all like it sometimes can. It came with tartar sauce and malt vinegar, and thick fries like steak fries. Our group was starving after our Skunk Train outing and this really hit the spot. Loved the outdoor seating (the smells of the fire pit & ocean together brought back happy beach camping memories) and several little kids in our seating area were thrilled & delighted by the pushy seagulls begging for scraps, which was fun to watch. Five happy stars from me. :)“
“Tall Guy Brewing is hands down the most enjoyable sit down/lounging family friendly brewery in All of California(not an understatement). The music, kindness of the bartenders and relaxed environment formulates the absolutely perfect evening place for my son and I to sit down, have dinner, listen to music and make new friends. I would love to see such a magical place expand in any way possible. The world needs more of this.“

“Location location location. Beautiful location and nice grounds surround the inn. We had room #1. It was a mixed bag...
On the winning side was the bathroom. AWESOME water pressure. Double shower head in the shower was very nice and the large tub was good too.
The main room looked very nice... Woodwork everywhere and a highly decorated gas fireplace was perfect for setting a mood... But the mood was diminished by a floorboard that wouldn't stop creaking, including while using the bed. Would've been ok if in a huge building, but felt like the whole inn would hear us screwing. Guess I'm just too modest.
The other negative was ants. Little tiny ants just about everywhere. You'd never notice them if you were only in the room for ten minutes... But after spending 2 nights, I saw ants in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Highly recommend management get some ant-bait traps.“

“KUDOS to the staff of La Playa!!! Not only was the food DELICIOUS but the staff so very friendly. We had a large group of 40 with most being youth. The staff were so patient with our group and bottom line were just amazing. I have experienced our group with larger restaurants and La Playa blew them out of the water - the food and service top notch! When my family come to the area La Playa will be a stop for sure, and should we bring our youth group back this will for sure be on the agenda! Thank you all, from Ernesto to the wait staff to the cooks! THANK YOU ALL!“

“Overtime Brewing is by far my favorite brewery in Fort Bragg. Recently, my husband and I made the 2 1/2 hour drive just for their beer (of course we had to get a few crowlers to go). Totally worth it!“

“Got the monkey blended drink which was amazing. Never thought I would like banana and coffee so much. The lady working was nice and friendly. We got our drinks in a reasonable amount of time. Great place to stop and try something more unique to the area.

“I found this spot and many were recommending the raspberry danish which was so delicious. I already had my coffee but they have so many choices for a delicious Italian soda. My husband enjoyed his hot chocolate and the ham,cheese and jalapeño danish. Nice and spicy. They have gluten-free options available as well. I’d definitely stop there again and if they were near my workplace in Oakland, those danishes would be on order frequently. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I enjoyed Fort Bragg and your bakery. I definitely recommend stopping here to enjoy some delicious treats and drinks.“

“We decided to give Noyo River Grill a try on August 13th while on our vacation. and so glad we did! From. the moment we walked in we felt welcome..the service was awesome! The homemade fettuccine with crab was about the best I've ever had.... We will definitely be back our next trip...“

“Wonderful food , excellent menu, atmosphere entertaining looking at seals swimming from my dining table. The service was fantastic the waitress was great the drink maker made awesome drinks he even came to our table to see if we liked them! Highly recommend visiting The Wharf!“
