The food is goodish the people are nice but it takes forever to get your food. But they have a couple really good specialty burgers so I don't mind waiting. Sometimes it's nice to have time to rock out in your car.
The staff mastered the art of standing with backs to the lobby so they didn't have to interact with customers, or just customer since I was the ONLY customer in the lobby. I had to ask 3 times to get just a few napkins. They were more concerned with goofing around with each other instead of working.The food was mediocre. BK used to be my go to Fast Food restaurant. Drive-through service has been outstanding the last several times I've been there. Employees have had a great attitude, and the food's been alright. McDonald's employees and management could learn a lot from BK right now, just saying...Parking: They have sufficient parking to meet demand. I can't say I've ever seen it so busy that parking would be an issue. No street parking
