QUA Contemporary Chinese Cuisine restaurant in Fountain Valley, California is just great. Food 🍱 is very diversified and delicious. Creations are beautiful. Service is top. The salad 🥗, the fish, and the rice are distinctive. Thanks to Paton, Annie , Annie, and the whole team for a great service.

Been here a few times, loved the fan tuan. It's like a Chinese burrito also reminiscent of a large onigiri: black rice with pickled veggies inside (optional fried tofu or sausage).
We also had the crispy shrimp dim sum. Delicious! Perfectly cooked shrimp, bouncy/firm, fun crispy filling.
Lotus leaf sticky rice is always so good. A nice earthy, herby aroma with unctuous sticky rice filled with sausage, egg yolk, lotus root.
