Solid Banh Mi spot for whenever we're in the OC. We usually go to the other Tip Top location, where it's more of a sandwich shop versus this location that has a bunch of other food options. This spot is right next to the ever-busy Brodard Restaurant, so beware for parking once things start opening up again.Our go-to is the Dac Biet, and it rarely disappoints us. If you're here to pick up their baguettes, make sure to keep asking/reminding when they will be ready as the staff will forget about your order. Other than that, the food is good and the sandwiches are okay. They have both a dining area and to go counter but at the to go counter make sure to remind the staff what you ordered if the order will take long.

The spicy chicken sandwich was really awesome. The chicken was fried right, the spice level was good and it hit the taste buds just perfect. I have always seen a long line here though the service is fast too.
