You can bring your children from newborns to toddlers to even your older kids in elementary school to stroller strides or barre. The best group of mamas and workout buddies! I love the sense of community and support that comes with this group. Stroller Strides is amazing for mamas to get out with their kiddos and Body Boost is my favorite (and sometimes only) me time during the week. I never knew how much I needed these mamas in my life and I’m so glad I have them 💜
