“This was a great treat having all of the grilled food with a very tasty sauce. Very unique experience that I have not seen before. My only nits would be didn't feel fresh off the grill (likely cooked ahead of time) and very small food on the stick so seemed like a waste of skewers for the tiny portion. They did give you enough overall food just too much waste.“

“Nice dine in place with very friendly staff.
Order at the table or with the staff who regularly check in on the food is and if anything is needed. Friendly to talk to.
Small menu focusing on kababs and rolls with paratha. The egg mutton roll is one of the best we have ever had. The tea was average - higher sugar than we like - but did the job.
Nice decor with catchy slogans all around on the walls, on the salt and pepper mills, on the napkin stand, and even in the bathroom!“

“It was my first time here, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, including dhai bata dev puri, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, kulchas (onion and paneer), chole masala, and kadai paneer. The service was excellent, and the food was simply amazing. The meat was tender and flavorful, while the chaat was a delightful burst of taste. The kulchas were soft and fluffy, and the butter chicken was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience.“

“Great experience at Guizi! The lamb tripe was flavorful, the lamb wontons were super comforting, and the hand-pulled noodles were perfectly chewy. Would definitely come back! Alex introduced the dishes to us, very professional and friendly.“

“Awesome, had the falafel gyro. It was very delicious. Crispy on the outside tasty and moist on the inside. If your looking for a meat substitute than the falafel is just the thing.“

“We are from Connecticut, and during a recent trip to the Bay Area, we had the extreme good fortune to try the Afghan Awasana Kabob House. Oh my ... what an experience! The food was superb … an epicurean delight, but also plentiful, and very reasonably priced. The qabuli palow - a lamb shank dish was a standout, and the squash bolani - a stuffed flatbread was out of this world. The owner was very friendly during dinner, only to be surpassed by what happened after our dinner. Upon leaving, our car would not start. The owner offered to jump start our car. When that did not work, he offered us a ride back to the house where we were staying ... which we gratefully accepted. On the way, while we were thanking him profusely, he indicated that this was not an imposition as he routinely gave rides to his workers. I was moved to tears with his generosity. The Afghan Awasana Kabob House stimulated my palate, satiated my appetite, and above all, nourished my soul with renewed faith in the kindness of humanity. A truly memorable evening that will not soon be forgotten.“
