“Stopped by the Panera Bread in Fremont and had a great experience. Derick at the front counter was friendly, energetic, and incredibly helpful. He noticed how hot it was outside, reminded me to stay hydrated, and even gave me a cup for water. It was such a simple but thoughtful gesture that really stood out.
Great customer service is hard to find, and Derick made my visit memorable. Panera is clearly doing something right with the people they hire. I’ll definitely be back.“
