“Went here the other day with my wife for a grilled cheese because they were offering a special. The cashier was super nice and knowledgeable. She helped us choose our drinks choice which was the Strawberry...refresher.
We both ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered the tomato soup and my wife ordered the chicken noodle soup. We both ordered it in a cup. We chose to dine in. Oh..I bought a tulip cookie as well lol.
Our food was ready in less than 5 mins. However, upon eating it, I realized both my sandwich and soup was cold. I took it back. Although they made it over...initially one of the employees at the cooking/preparation station tried to point me to the microwave so that I coups hear my food that I just got from him.. up. Like the nerve of him for even mentioning it to me. If I just got my food, it should have been hot.
Thankful for the other employee who stated he would make it over. He also have me a pastry for free. I really appreciated him.
Once I got my HOT food, the entire meal was enjoyable at that point.
