“Stopped by the Panera Bread in Fremont and had a great experience. Derick at the front counter was friendly, energetic, and incredibly helpful. He noticed how hot it was outside, reminded me to stay hydrated, and even gave me a cup for water. It was such a simple but thoughtful gesture that really stood out.
Great customer service is hard to find, and Derick made my visit memorable. Panera is clearly doing something right with the people they hire. I’ll definitely be back.“
“Came to have lunch with my mother to catch up. I ordered soup in a bread bowl but there weren't any available at the time which wasn't a big deal for me but Eduardo went above and beyond to provide me with extra bread on the side and ensured to get me a bread bowl before I left. To top it off, he gave us some cookies for the road for the inconvenience and bagged up the rest of our order. Absolutely appreciate the extra efforts by Eduardo, his manager, and the rest of the team.“
