“Ordered for rapid pick up a quick meal after arriving in Sunnyvale for a work trip. No issues with ordering online, and the order was accurate. Not sure why my name wasn't on the board, but the order happened to be completed when I asked at the counter. This was 10 minutes later than requested, but perfect timing after being stuck in traffic.
Access was decent from streets and parking. The shopping center was very busy on a Tuesday evening.
My complaint was trying to find the rapid order pickup. I didn't see any signs and found it in the back. This was unusual for me where the shelves are usually up front as you walk in.
