I wanted to order 12 pieces of chicken: 10 spicy and 2 Classic/Mild. I was told that either all 12 pieces had to be spicy or only half of them could be spicy. Despite my repeated requests, the employee refused to accommodate my order. I later found out that this person was actually the manager.
