“Had to stop for fuel on the way up to the high country to clear up some misconceptions that some Scallywaggers have on what private property means, and the J&L Market Deli sure looks inviting. I didn't have a lot of time so I just got a plain old ham sandwich, and all I can say is WOW!

The mushroom Ravioli melt in your mouth, the flavor is mouth watering. 😋 10/10 The Caesar salad is perfectly dressed, not soggy or too dry. the flavor is delicious 😋 10/10 The Chicken and Shrimp Tuscany (I think that's what it was called?) Omg...color me impressed. It was a lunch special recently, it was chicken and shrimp over a bed of spaghetti in a pesto sundried tomato sauce with curry -it was like a fusion between Italian and Indian food 😋 👌 If I could eat this everyday I would. Whoever is cooking, knows what they are doing, it's amazing food. Their service staff is pretty good too, good customer service, on top of their orders and drink service, drinks are not sitting empty forever and take home containers come out in good timing. “I enjoyed the Thornton's Thorn coffee with oat milk. The shop smells so good, but was still tolerable for my non-coffee liking father. It is very clean and there are games and a free library to check out.
I look forward to trying one of their sandwiches one day.“

“Went here last weekend after dinner with some friends and it turned out to be a sweet little surprise. The place had a cozy vibe and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. I tried their chocolate mousse and my friend got the strawberry cheesecake — both were really good, not overly sweet which I liked. The staff were friendly and even offered some samples to try. Prices were fair for the quality too. Overall, a nice spot if you’re craving something sweet after a meal or just want a little treat.“

“Went to the Fruit Bowl for the very first time today. We had lunch first at their Bake Shop. It was nice and air conditioned! They make wonderful sandwiches! Spent lots on cherries, apricots, cherry pie, pumpkin bread, marble rye bread, whiskey pepper steak sauce, cherry pepper sauce, pickled beets and better than brittle candy. The place was clean. They had really cute shopping baskets. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Will be back there again. Highly recommend to all!!“

Staff is even more warm and welcoming caring beautiful smiles on their faces!

Danezza and Sara (hope I spelled their names right) served me my coffee and helped me make the best coffee flavor decision one can only imagine. Danezza gave me options to try, and Sara helped me narrow it down by asking me what flavors I liked and disliked.

End result turned out to be this beautiful White Chocolate/Caramel/Coconut???
And holy smokes… this drink is to die for. In all honesty. I went in feeling pretty low, but what Sara came up for me, the way she made the coffee, the flavors and measurements are top-notch! I came out feeling like a new person not gonna lie.

“Excellent tri-tip sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent not to sweet personal cherry cheesecake. If not sure about what to get, ask for recommendations and they won't steer you wrong. It's a bit off the beaten path, but don't be afraid to check them out.“

The chips and salsa are fresh and are also delicious. I’m working my way down their menu and I have not been disappointed. I recommend eating here often.“

“I absolutely love dutch bros and have been a faithful customer for 3 years now , I love the coffee and the quality of service but what I don't like is seeing all these young people dying in the sun in 100 degree weather, even with the ice packs they wear and the rotation it's still cruel to me to see this every summer , this is a multi million dollar company so why can you not set up tents with water misters so they can atleast be in the shade ! I know as a customer seeing a company care about it's associates means alot and I feel like Dutch Bros can do so much better !“

“The atmosphere in this place is pretty cool. The menu is definitely pricey for a Mexican food place but when the portions come out and then you realize why. Three skirt tacos no rice & beans $21. Three enchiladas with rice and beans $24.

The salsa was different & tasty. The food was good. Except for my two scoops of rice were cold. All in all for the price probably won’t be going back anytime soon.“

“Food is always amazing! The downfalls are its usually always packed so hard to find parking at times and service isn't great. We waited 5-10 to be seated, for menus, for drinks and refills. We saw our food sitting by the kitchen a while and our waitress just wouldn't go pick it up. Another younger waitress ended up helping us more than our actual waitress. And it seems like this every time for us. I'd say its worth trying out, but just be prepared to wait.“

I think one of the most amazing things is trying to describe the flavors of the different spices that aren’t used and typical ““ American cuisine. I found this in my travels to other cultures with other foods where you ask the person to describe the flavor, and they can’t. They are at a loss for words. And so am I?
